A fabulous stylized bracelet created by Angela Cummings in 1986. This vintage bracelet is made of 18 karat yellow gold and accented with round brilliant cut diamonds. This 18 karat yellow gold bracelet measures approximately 7” x ½” (18 x 1.3 centimeters). The bracelet fits up to a 6 3/4” (17.5 cm.) wrist and weighs 89.93 grams. It is stamped with the Angela Cummings maker’s mark, the hallmark for 18 karat gold and the year of manufacture – 1986.

Angela Cummings is one of the most prominent fine jewelry designers. Many of her famous designs were inspired by nature and by three-dimensional art and sculpture. She received her art and jewelry education in Europe, by studying art in Italy and gemology and goldsmithing in Germany.

When she returned to the States in the late 1960’s, she was hired by Tiffany and Company, and became Tiffany’s in house designer. In 1974, she became the first woman to have a named collection at Tiffany’s.

‘Angela Cummings Exclusively for Tiffany and Company’ paved the way for women such as Elsa Peretti and Paloma Picasso to succeed in this field.
